In the cozy space of Dì Mai Bến Thành Restaurant, the little Wolves had a truly memorable day as they became young artisans making traditional Vietnamese cakes.

With their tiny, nimble hands, the children gently shaped soft dough, carefully placed shrimp and meat in the center, and skillfully wrapped them in banana leaves. Giggles and wide-eyed excitement filled the room at every step – everything was so new and fascinating for them!

Making flat steamed rice dumplings and pandan stuffed crepe not only brought joy but also helped the children develop dexterity, patience, and teamwork as they completed each step together. At the same time, the experience gave them the opportunity to explore traditional Vietnamese culinary culture, reflecting the “learning through experience” philosophy that Sedbergh Vietnam – CVK always promotes.

Parents, let’s take a look at these adorable moments of our little chefs!
